APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifteen thousand | 0018| two hundred dollars ($215,200) is appropriated from the general | 0019| fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure | 0020| in fiscal years 1996 and 1997 for the purpose of purchasing and | 0021| installing computers and computer accessories for the west | 0022| campus of the San Juan college in Kirtland in San Juan county. | 0023| Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0024| fiscal year 1997 shall revert to the general fund. | 0025| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0001| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. |
