0012|     PROVIDING FOR TRANSFERS TO THE GENERAL FUND; DECLARING AN
    |
0013|     EMERGENCY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|       Section 1.  TRANSFERS TO THE GENERAL FUND.--
    |
0017|            A.  To address the difference between revenues to the
    |
0018|     general fund in fiscal year 1995, including the transfer
    |
0019|     authorized by Laws 1995, Chapter 30, Section 8, and fiscal year
    |
0020|     1995 appropriations, the following amounts are transferred from
    |
0021|     the funds specified to the general fund to meet fiscal year 1995
    |
0022|     obligations:
    |
0023|                 (1)  seven million seven hundred fifty thousand
    |
0024|     dollars ($7,750,000) from the subsequent injury fund;
    |
0025|                 (2)  five million dollars ($5,000,000) from the
    |
0001|     risk account in the public school insurance fund;
    |
0002|                 (3)  thirty million dollars ($30,000,000) from
    |
0003|     the workers' compensation retention fund;
    |
0004|                 (4)  twenty-one million five hundred thousand
    |
0005|     dollars ($21,500,000) from the public liability fund; and
    |
0006|                 (5)  one million two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0007|     dollars ($1,250,000) from the long-term lease guarantee fund.
    |
0008|            B.  To compensate for the anticipated revenue
    |
0009|     shortfall in fiscal year 1996, eight million five hundred
    |
0010|     thousand dollars ($8,500,000) is transferred from the public
    |
0011|     liability fund to the general fund.
    |
0012|       Section 2.  EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public
    |
0013|     peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.
