SHORT TITLE.--This act may be cited as the | 0017| "Department of Game and Fish Appropriations Act". | 0018| Section 2. DEFINITIONS.--As used in the Department of Game | 0019| and Fish Appropriations Act: | 0020| A. "federal funds" means payments by the United | 0021| States government to state government or state agencies except | 0022| those payments made in accordance with the federal Mineral Lands | 0023| Leasing Act of 1920 and the State and Local Fiscal Assistance | 0024| Act of 1972; and | 0025| B. "other state funds" means: | 0001| (1) unencumbered nonreverting balances in state | 0002| agency accounts, other than in internal service funds accounts, | 0003| appropriated by the Department of Game and Fish Appropriations | 0004| Act; and | 0005| (2) all revenue available to state agencies | 0006| from sources other than the general fund, internal service | 0007| funds, interagency transfers and federal funds; and | 0008| (3) all revenue, the use of which is restricted | 0009| by statute or agreement. | 0010| Section 3. FORMAT.--The general format of the | 0011| appropriations set forth in the Department of Game and Fish | 0012| Appropriations Act with respect to symbols used, column headings | 0013| and stating of amounts is that used in the General Appropriation | 0014| Act of 1995. | 0015| Section 4.
