has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 4, strike "dangerous".

    2. On page 2, line 14, strike "seize" and insert in lieu thereof "acquire".

    3. On page 2, line 15, after "consent", insert "rather than negotiate agreements with owners to acquire more limited lands or rights for the designated corridor".
