has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike “One” and insert in lieu thereof “Four”.

    2. On page 1, line 17, strike “($150,000)” and insert in lieu thereof “($450,000).

    3. On page 1, line 19, strike “year 2026" and insert in lieu thereof “years 2026 through 2028".

    4. On page 1, line 24, strike “2026" and insert in lieu thereof “2028".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
