SENATE BILL 374

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, before "MAKING", insert "INCREASING SUPPLEMENTAL SEVERANCE TAX BOND DISTRIBUTIONS TO THE TRIBAL INFRASTRUCTURE FUND;".

    2. On page 5, line 1, after "but", insert "beginning in fiscal year 2031,".

    3. On page 5, line 7, before "three", insert "on August 1 of that year".

    4. On page 11, line 8, strike "four" and insert in lieu thereof "six".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
