has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "fifty dollars ($50.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty-five dollars ($55.00)".

    2. On page 2, line 6, strike "fifteen dollars ($15.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "twenty dollars ($20.00)".
