    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendment 1.

    2. On page 1, line 19, after "agencies", insert "or public schools".

    3. On page 1, line 20, strike the second instance of "a" and insert in lieu thereof "that" and after "agency", insert "or public school with or".

    4. On page 1, line 22, after "department", insert "or the public school insurance authority".
