    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 170, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 23, strike "2035" and insert in lieu thereof "2028".

    2. On page 11, line 19, after the period, insert "Prior to the certification, the department shall provide an opportunity for public comment regarding whether the proposed economic development project will support reasonably anticipated economic development within the state.".
