    2. On page 4, line 19, strike "is".

    3. On page 4, line 22, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    4. On page 9, line 23, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
