has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 43, line 11, strike "five hundred dollars ($500)" and insert in lieu thereof "three hundred dollars ($300)".

    2. On page 43, strike lines 18 through 20.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
