has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE RULES COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 1

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 16, strike “nominated and” and insert thereof “appointed”, then after the word “by” insert “the governor”.

         2. On page 2, line 17, strike “appointed by the governor”.

3. On page 2, line 21, after “party” insert “, and shall not have changed their party affiliation within two years prior to appointment.”.

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
