HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 2, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. Strike House Government, Elections and Indian Affairs Committee Amendments 2 and 3.

     2. On page 1, line 16, after "SESSION" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 17 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     3. On page 2, strike lines 13 through 18 in their entirety.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
