SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 456

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 22, strike "four thousand" and insert in lieu thereof "three thousand five hundred".

    2. On page 3, line 2, strike "eight" and insert in lieu thereof "seven".

    3. On page 3, line 4, strike "increased" and insert in lieu thereof "adjusted".

    4. On page 3, line 24, after the period, insert "A qualifying utility that undertakes energy storage system projects approved by the commission may recover its reasonable costs through an approved tariff rider or in base rates, or through a combination of both.".

    5. On page 4, line 1, strike "2023" and insert in lieu thereof "2022".
