    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 442

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 7, strike "two hundred fifty dollars ($250)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred dollars ($500)".

 

    2. On page 2, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is January 1, 2027.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
