    1. On page 2, line 17, after "council", insert "who are geographically diverse".

    2. On page 3, line 4, strike "public" and insert in lieu thereof "pueblo tribal".

    3. On page 3, line 5, strike "commission" and insert in lieu thereof "department".,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
