AN ACT

MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO, THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY AND THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY TO SUPPORT OPERATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL BROADCAST TELEVISION.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2024 to support operations of educational broadcast television. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2024 shall revert to the general fund.

     SECTION 2. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2024 to support operations of educational broadcast television. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2024 shall revert to the general fund.

     SECTION 3.
