SENATE BILL 328

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, remove the brackets and the line through "one" and strike the underscored language.

 

    2. On page 2, line 7, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "while".

    3. On page 2, line 7, strike "was".

    4. On page 2, line 8, strike "or any other state's foster care system".

    5. On page 2, line 12, strike "was".

    6. On page 2, line 15, strike "was".

    7. On page 2, line 16, after "order;", insert a closing bracket, remove the closing bracket and the line through "or" and strike the underscored language.,

 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
