    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 222

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, before the period, insert "EXCEPT WHEN THE DOCUMENTS ARE TEMPORARILY REMOVED TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE WATER DATA ACT AND COPIES OF THE COMPLETE RECORD ARE MADE AVAILABLE".

    2. On page 1, line 24, strike "at all times".

    3. On page 1, line 25, before the period, insert the following:

"; provided that original documents relating to water rights and water data may be temporarily removed from the water district where those documents were filed to carry out the purposes of the Water Data Act if complete copies of the complete record relating to the documents removed are made available in the water district where the original documents were filed".
