    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 218

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 24, strike the closing quotation mark.

    2. On page 2, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new subsection:

         "E. The lobbying activity reported for each specific piece of legislation shall be included or linked on the legislature's website for that specific piece of legislation."".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
