         1. On page 1, line 12, strike "CONTRACTED" and insert in lieu thereof "EMPLOYED".

    2. On page 3, line 16, strike "contracted" and insert in lieu thereof "employed".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
