    Your INDIAN, RURAL AND CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 155

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 12, line 16, strike "and".

    2. On page 12, line 18, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and" and between lines 18 and 19, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(3) providing that the number of access lines used for the annual calculation of access reduction support payments for any eligible incumbent local carrier shall not exceed the number of access lines existing for that carrier on December 31, 2021.".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
