has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, line 12, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "AND".

    2.  On page 1, line 13, strike "AND CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION".

    3.  On page 2, line 9, remove the brackets and line through "may" and strike "shall".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
