    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 120

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 20, after "or", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 21 through 24 in their entirety and strike line 25 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "are the children of a military family living in temporary housing and are assigned, awaiting placement or pending a move to permanent housing in a different attendance area where the students' family seeks enrollment of the students in either their current school attendance area or the school attendance area of the permanent housing".

    2. On page 7, line 21, remove the brackets and the line through “and”.

    3. On page 7, line 23, strike “; and” and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    4. On page 7, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety and on page 8, strike line 1 through the period.,

and thence referred to the HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
