SENATE BILL 92

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 8, line 7, before "waived", insert "tests".

    2. On page 9, line 20, strike "and treat" and insert in lieu thereof ", treat and provide preventative services".

    3. On page 10, line 17, strike "that is" and insert in lieu thereof ", including tests".

    4. On page 11, line 5, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "an in-network".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
