    Your HEALTH AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 89

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new paragraph:

         "(2) facilitate adults in forming, executing and terminating supported decision-making agreements;".

    2. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    3. On page 9, line 15, strike "review" and insert in lieu thereof "monitor".

    4. On page 9, line 16, strike "and help" and insert in lieu thereof "to".

    5. On page 9, line 18, strike "for" and insert in lieu thereof "and assistance to".

    6. On page 9, line 20, strike "supported decision-maker's and the supporter's".

    7. On page 9, line 25 and on page 10, line one, strike "One hundred eighty-nine thousand dollars ($189,000)" and insert in lieu there of "Two hundred eighty-nine thousand dollars ($289,000)".

    8. On page 10, line 4, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "two" and strike "employee" and insert in lieu thereof "employees".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
