    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 73

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 10, strike "card" and insert in lieu thereof "notice".

    2. On page 7, line 14, strike "require that" and insert in lieu thereof "inform" and after "voters", insert "that the voters may".

    3. On page 7, line 16, strike "they choose" and insert in lieu thereof "the voter chooses" and after "election", insert "or log on to a website hosted by the secretary of state to indicate which major political party's ballot the voter chooses for that primary election".
