    1. On page 2, line 11, after "terminate", strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

    2. On page 4, line 20, after "(a)", strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".

    3. On page 6, line 5, after "terminate", strike "forty-five" and insert in lieu thereof "ninety".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
