SENATE BILL 48

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 20, after "resides", insert "; provided that a vehicle purchased from a dealer licensed pursuant to Section 66-4-1 NMSA 1978 shall be exempt from a vehicle noise or safety maintenance inspection program for two years from the date of the purchase".
