    Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

                 SENATE BILLS 19 & 252

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike "PRO9FESSIONS" and insert in

lieu thereof "PROFESSIONS".

    2. On page 18, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following

new section:

    "SECTION 16. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the

provisions of Sections 1 through 3 and 7 of this act is July 1,

2023.".
