SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 11, as amended

    1. Strike Senate Tax, Business and Transportation Committee Amendment 15.

    2. On page 13, line 22, strike "or".

    3. On page 13, line 25, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof ";

             (4) the leave compensation would duplicate the amount the employee or self-employed individual is receiving or has received in temporary total disability benefits from a workers' compensation claim for the same time period; or

             (5) the leave compensation duplicates what the employee is earning or has earned in wages for the same time period.".

    4. On page 20, line 17, after "appeal", insert "a".

    5. On page 24, line 6, strike the comma.
