BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
SECTION 1. [NEW MATERIAL] STATE CHILE SONG.--The words and music of "Red or Green", written by Lenny Roybal, are declared to be the official state chile song. The song's lyrics are:
