HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 505

    1. On page 104, line 6, strike "and".

    2. On page 104, line 10, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    3. On page 104, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following new subsection:

         "4. five million fifty thousand dollars ($5,050,000) to plan, design, construct, improve and equip acequias statewide.".

    4. On page 115, line 8, strike "three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one million ten thousand dollars ($1,010,000)".

    5. On page 115, lines 19 through 21, strike Subsection 70 in its entirety.

    6. On page 123, line 20, strike "a", strike lines 21 and 22 in their entirety and strike line 23 through "restrooms" and insert in lieu thereof "the Cochiti multi-use facility, including renovation of the administration building".

    7. On page 128, strike lines 7 through 10 in their entirety.

    8. On page 128, line 11, strike "four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three million one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($3,175,000)".

    9. On page 128, line 12, strike "and construct pad sites for tribal housing in" and insert in lieu thereof ", construct, furnish and equip tribal homes, including pad sites, for".

    10. On page 139, lines 9 through 11, strike Subsection 53 in its entirety.

    11. On page 142, lines 24 and 25, strike "five million one hundred thousand dollars ($5,100,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000)".

    12. On page 218, lines 17 and 18, strike ", construct and install improvements to the veterans' memorial in" and insert in lieu thereof "and construct shade structures, restrooms and playground equipment, including improvements to the veterans' memorial site, at".

    13. On page 220, line 7, strike "and".

    14. On page 220, line 12, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    15. On page 220, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection:

         "506. five million dollars ($5,000,000) to acquire land for and to plan, design and construct phase 1 of a sports and cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.".

    16. Renumber subsections to correspond with these amendments.
