AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION FOR BERNALILLO COUNTY TO REPAIR ROADS IN COUNTY COMMISSION DISTRICT 2 IN SOUTHWEST ALBUQUERQUE.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Ten million dollars ($10,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal years 2024 through 2026 for Bernalillo county to repair roads in Bernalillo county commission district 2 in southwest Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2026 shall revert to the general fund.
