HOUSE BILL 392

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 22, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof "and".

     2. On page 6, line 14, after "States", insert "of America".

     3. On page 7, lines 22 through 24, strike "fully implement a criminal background check requirement, within a time frame established by rule" and insert in lieu thereof ", within a time frame established by the commission, require a criminal background check for a licensee seeking or applying for a compact privilege whose primary state of residence is that member state".

     4. On page 28, line 6, after "applicable", insert ", using a unique identifier,".

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
