Mr. President:

    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 379, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike all house government, elections and Indian affairs committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "NOT PROHIBIT" and insert in lieu thereof "ALLOW".

    3. On page 1, line 12, strike "OR" and insert in lieu thereof "AND".

    4. On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "not adopt a building code or take any other action to prohibit or otherwise limit" and insert in lieu thereof "allow".

    5. On page 2, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 2. DELAYED REPEAL.--Section 1 of this act is repealed effective June 16, 2033.".
