    2. On page 7, line 21, after the period, insert "Money in the

fund is subject to appropriation by the legislature.".

    3. On page 8, line 24, strike "subject to the legislative

appropriation process".

    4. On page 10, line 6, after the period, insert "Money in the

fund is subject to appropriation by the legislature.".

    5. On page 10, line 22, strike "subject to the legislative

appropriation process".
