     HOUSE TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE

SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 231has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "TWELVE" and insert in lieu thereof "FOURTEEN".

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike ", unless the child objects," and insert in lieu thereof "provide the child an opportunity to".

    3. On page 2, line 9, strike "twelve" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".

    4. On page 2, line 11, strike "twelve" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen".

    5. On page 6, line 1, strike "twelve" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen"..
