HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 27

    1.  On page 2, line 6, strike "tax-favored", strike line 7 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "high deductible health plans with health savings accounts until an eligible insured's deductible has been met, unless otherwise allowed pursuant to federal law.".

    2.  On page 3, line 19, strike "tax-favored", strike line 20 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "high deductible health plans with health savings accounts until an eligible insured's deductible has been met, unless otherwise allowed pursuant to federal law.".

    3.  On page 5, line 7, strike "tax-favored", strike line 8 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "high deductible health plans with health savings accounts until an eligible insured's deductible has been met, unless otherwise allowed pursuant to federal law.".

    4.  On page 6, line 19, strike "tax-favored", strike line 20 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "high deductible health plans with health savings accounts until an eligible insured's deductible has been met, unless otherwise allowed pursuant to federal law.".
