    1. Strike all house judiciary committee amendments.

    2. On page 1, line 22, strike "each" and insert in lieu thereof "the" and after "year", insert "following the year"

    3. On page 2, line 13, after "the", insert "municipality listed in the".

    4. On page 2, lines 14 and 15, strike "an address or location" and insert in lieu thereof "a municipality".
