AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FOR A HOMELESS SHELTER AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF SANTA FE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2023 to provide operational support for a homeless shelter and supportive housing program in the city of Santa Fe. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2023 shall revert to the general fund.
