    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 34

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 23, strike "or another person".

    2. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "or shooting threat".

    3. On page 2, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new subsection:

         "D. Whoever commits making a shooting threat is guilty of a misdemeanor.".

    4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
