    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 60, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall".

 

    2. On page 1, line 22, after "established" insert "through a memorandum of agreement between the" and strike the remainder of the line.

 

    3. On page 1, line 23, after "pueblo" insert "and the Public Education Department".

    4. On page 2, line 5, after "certificate" insert "and working full time in an instructional capacity."

    5. On page 2, line 6, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "one".,

   

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
