has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 12, after "distribution", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 through "tax" and insert in lieu thereof "and" and after "shall", insert "not".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
