has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 13, after the period, insert "If the attorney general has reason to believe it is in the public interest, the attorney general may, prior to the institution of a civil proceeding, require any charitable organization to submit an audit in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.".,

and thence referred to the TAX, BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
