AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR CANDELARIA

     1. On page 5, between lines 14 and 15, insert a new subsection as follows:

          "I. "non profit corporation" means an entity organized pursuant to section 501 (C)(3) or 501 (C)(6) of the Internal Revenue Service Code.".
