has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

     1. Strike all items of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

 

     2. On page 2, line 4, after "program", insert "for Indian nation, tribe or pueblo members".

 

     3. On page 2, line 12, after "cannabis", insert "to Indian nation, tribe or pueblo members".
