    Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

 

SENATE BILL 72, as amended

 

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

 

1. Strike Item 23 of Senate Floor Amendment number 1.

 

     2. On page 2, line 1, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

 

     3. On page 90, strike lines 19 through 25 and on page 91, strike line 1.

 

     4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

 

     5. On page 91, line 6, strike "78 and 80 through 84" and insert in lieu thereof "61 and 63 through 66".
