HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 50

Amendment sponsored by Representative James G. Townsend 

    1. On page 1, line 16, after "PROJECTS", insert "; REQUIRING PAYMENTS TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS FOR CERTAIN PROJECTS".

    2. On page 5, strike lines 18 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"the school district in which the project is located will receive the same amount, or greater, of annual in-lieu tax payments as would have been received in property taxes for the fully developed project had the project not been acquired;".

    3. On page 12, strike lines 2 through 9 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"school district in which the project is located will receive the same amount, or greater, of annual in-lieu tax payments as would have been received in property taxes for the fully developed project had the project not been acquired;".
