HOUSE TAXATION & REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR HOUSE BILL 349

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, line 5, strike "by July 1, 2021" and insert in lieu thereof "prior to July 1, 2020".

 

    2. On page 270, line 1, strike "and".

    3. On page 270, line 4, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    4. On page 270, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new subsection:

         "61. four million dollars ($4,000,000) to provide emergency funding for infrastructure needs statewide.".

    5. On page 290, lines 8 and 9, strike "PUBLIC PROJECT REVOLVING" and insert in lieu thereof "GENERAL".

    6. On page 290, line 10, strike "public project revolving" and insert in lieu thereof "general".

    7. On page 290, line 12, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".

    8. On page 290, line 16, strike "PUBLIC PROJECT REVOLVING" and insert in lieu thereof "GENERAL".

    9. On page 290, lines 17 and 18, strike "public project revolving" and insert in lieu thereof "general".

    10. On page 290, line 19, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".
